This series explores the journey as a passage through suffering, uncertainty, and transformation. A search for purpose within the agony of existence. The paintings inhabit a space between worlds, where the boundaries between life and the afterlife become uncertain and the soul moves through the silence that exists between the planes of the universe. The vessel of the unseen becomes a metaphor for this passage: a space in which the soul travels without knowing its destination, carrying the weight of memory, loss, and pain. It is both a place of isolation and a place of possibility, where the unknown becomes part of the journey.
The work reflects on the soul's struggle to find a way to coexist with pain, rather than simply escape it. Through movement between darkness and light, presence and absence, the paintings consider death not as an ending, but as another threshold, a mysterious passage toward transformation, acceptance, and perhaps a different form of existence.
